I am looking for a captain who is available 5-6 days a week running boat tours. Most charters will be in NYC Hudson River. We are docked in Port Washington Capri West Marina, New York. Most if not all pickups will be from Chelsea Piers. Charters will be for 6 people max. The boat is a Sea Ray Sundancer 2009 with Cummins Zeus Pods / Joystick controls and twin engines. In addition please be available and willing to do boat charters for owner when needed. Thank you!

I am looking to move a 2003 Mckinna 65′ Pilothouse from the Tampa, FL area to Annapolis, MD. I need to start moving the boat by the second week in June. I will be on the boat for the trip.

Job Summary
The Boat Captain is an integral part of guest experience at The Chatwal Lodge. He/She will provide a safe and fun experience on the Toronto Reservoir for The Chatwal Lodge Guest. As Captain, you will share your knowledge of the Toronto Reservoir and fun facts about the area while touring around guest on a 21’ Sea Ray Boat and a Tritoon.
Duties & Functions
• Responsible for the overall safety of the boat, equipment, and all charter guest onboard
• Pilot a Sea Ray and Tritoon vessel {e.g. Fishing Excursions, Picnics, etc}
• Proactively engage all guest in a warm, courteous, and engaging manner
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the vessel at all times
• Assist Guest on and off the vessel in a safe manner
• Responsible for general maintenance of the vessel
• Responsible for tailoring boat tours, activities by listening to the guest interest
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications & Standards
● Must have a High School Degree or Equivalent
● Must have NYS Driver’s License
● Must have USCG OUPV (six pack) license
● Must have current First Aid & CPR Certification
● Must be able to lift 50lbs
● Must be able to stand long period of time and walk long distances
● Must be able to swim
● Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
● Must demonstrate strong positive communication skills (written and verbal).

Job description
Overview : Seeking Boat Captains for Silver Springs world famous glass-bottom tour boats, providing safe passage on the Silver River while providing a scripted interpretive narration to park guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, timely and safe transportation on the Silver River to all guests patronizing Silver Springs’ Glass Bottom Boat Tour operation, following a preapproved route.
Memorize and deliver a pre-approved narration of the tour in a lively and informative manner.
Provide identification and other information about wildlife species encountered on the river.
Answer guest questions.
Conduct a daily safety inspection of the vessel, following a checklist, prior to first tour load.
Operate the vessel in a safe manner following all park and Coast Guard rules and regulations.
Maintain a good knowledge of the Park and current events in order to expedite guest inquiries.
Other duties as required.
Skills and Knowledge Required:

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess, a US Coast Guard Master Inland Captain License, rated for 25 GT vessel. Would consider training a qualified applicant who meets requirements for time on the water.
Strong speaking voice and confidence speaking to a group.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
First aid certification may be required.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend for an entire 8 hour shift. Tasks require consistent use of both arms and legs.
Must be willing to tolerate working outdoors year around for an entire shift.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and carry for short distances.
Must be able to visually inspect condition of vessels, river and equipment.

Seeking a licensed captain/skipper who knows the Inside Passage of the Pacific Northwest. We have a Hewescraft Alaskan 270 boat and want to depart Bellingham, Washington middle of May and go to either Ketchikan or Wrangell, Alaska. It’s about 800 nautical miles. Our plan is to fish Alaska for 45-60 days, then do the return trip, so it would be a round-trip venture. I’ve been told it’s a 3-4 night trip each way. Waters are usually decent to good within the Inside Passage during our desired time period. Good money for the right person!!!

Boat Club of the Poconos is located on Lake Wallenpaupack in North Eastern PA. We are a members-only boat club world-wide! Currently, we are looking to fill a part-time position for our Captain/Boat Instructor. As our captain, you will be able to set your own schedule on when you are available to provide training to our members. We are looking for someone with good communication skills and friendly customer service skills. Previous experience as an instructor is a plus.

A similar looking boat is needed for 5 weeks in Izmir turkey for a film shoot. The boat needs to be able to look like a Greek coast guard boat. Pls msg if you know of anyone. Thanks Dina
