We are seasoned yacht owners in the process of purchasing a Westport 112′. Seeking professional captain with excellent soft skills including: a strong work ethic, emotional intelligence / communication, self-motivation, flexibility, time management, leadership, and responsibility. While hard skills and experience are required, the strong soft skills are an absolute requisite. Looking to identify excellent candidate and establish long-term relationship and will properly incentivize the right candidate. Hands-on owners that enjoy yacht ownership, but need to find the right crew.

Private yacht and itinerary will include Caribbean, South Florida, Carolinas, and New England.

Mariners Club is seeking qualified captains for our East and West Coast FL locations for the Winter ’20-’21 season. Seasonal & Full Time positions. 50 ton minimum requirement. Sarasota Florida need part time Captain with 50 ton license familiar with West Coast water ways. Three days minimum to pilot 70 ft Azimut with 3 pods. Job will consist of training waterways from Sarasota to Naples to Tampa. To include trips from Sarasota to Bahamas, Key West. Owner has experience but wants training with electronics, Docking and navigation of waterways.
