Busy summer fishing gig in Ketchikan Alaska. Looking a 6 pak or better charter captain from mid May-September. Expect north of 115 charters with pay scale exceeding over 5000 a month plus tips. Housing is not paid for but is already lined up. Season completion bonuses available. Willing to train the right individual, commitment is a must. We are looking for a sailing instructor for our academy in Seward, Alaska for May-August. Great place to be for the summer with great sailing and many other activities.

Looking for 500-100 Ton Captains. Full time work on research vessels. Most of the work will be in the Northeast but be willing to travel.

Barton and Gray Mariners Club has revolutionized yachting with a fleet of 70+ Hinckley and custom vessels serving a private membership in harbors along the East Coast and Great Lakes. Our growing team is looking for USCG licensed captains to operate the Club’s meticulously maintained 36′ – 44’ Hinckley yachts throughout South Florida, South Carolina, and the Northeast. B&G captains operate day and evening trips and are back in their home port each night, enjoying a lifestyle unique in the industry.

Our captains have the opportunity to work with the Club year-round or seasonally in our South Florida, South Carolina, and Northeast harbors. Seasons run June to October in the Northeast, and November to May in our southern and Bahamas harbors.

Responsibilities:
*Operate B&G Club vessels with attention to safety
*Provide top-tier hospitality in all interactions with members
*Create a welcoming environment onboard for members & their guests
*Maintain vessel cleanliness & operational readiness
*Accurate and timely expense and post-trip reporting

Requirements:
*Valid USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials
*Marine Radio Operator Permit
*Must have experience on vessels of similar size
*An understanding of basic vessel maintenance & log keeping
*Proficiency in hospitality

USCG BOAT CAPTAIN

We are looking for an experienced USCG Captain to join our team leading tours out of Awendaw, Mount Pleasant, Charleston, and Johns Island, South Carolina.

DUTIES
Serving as a Captain for public and charter trips, as needed
Helping crew prepare for trips, cleaning and disinfecting the boat between departures
Overseeing the condition of the boat and fueling the vessel
Working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Supervising crew and clients on-board the vessel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid USCG Masters Captain’s License and related documents
Two years of full-time experience
Strong work ethic
Vessel maintenance and mechanical knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and enjoyment working with people and interpreting nature

HOURS
We are hiring part-time and full-time positions. Candidates should be willing to work some weekends and holidays through peak seasons, including the fall, spring and summer months.

COMPENSATION
This is an hourly position with a base wage starting at $20/hour plus tips, as well as a stipend for health insurance and benefits. After a successful probationary period, the candidate will be eligible for the Coastal Expeditions IRA matching program.
